How to change the email notification content in Microsoft Forms

Thanks for the info. I logged into Power Automate and tried to find the existing flow that generates the email. But I couldn't find it. I was wondering where do I go to find existing flows? Does it depend on which user I log in as?

JasonYeung you cannot change the email that is sent by Forms, that is why it's better to create your own with a flow in Power Automate.
