How to capture parameter value in response - Microsoft Forms Pro Personalisation

Hi, 

I have created teh survey in Microsoft Forms Pro. I used personalisation to ask question about specified product. Is there any way to capture what parameter was in question in answers? Now I see only placeholders in answers.
