How to attach document to office form
How do I attach file to the form? I have created form where User needs to select check box to confirm that User has read the Terms and Condition document before User submits the form. So how do I att...
BizConb there's no functionality to attach a file to the form. If we need to do this at my company we send an email to the user with the file attached, and a link to the form.
For one regulatory system the file is uploaded to SharePoint and the email is sent to users with the attachment by a flow in Power Automate. That flow has an approval action which requires the user to click the submit button to confirm they have read the document. Their confirmation is then saved by the flow back to a SharePoint list so we have a record of who has read the document.
