How do I get a Choice question in a survey to trigger suggested options

I am using Forms to create a survey. I need to make a 'choice' question trigger suggested options such as shown below. How do I do that?

I used to see suggested options when creating polls, but now the same question ("Do you still want [product]"?) no longer triggers suggested options.

So it turned out this issue was affecting GCC. I opened a support ticket with MS &amp; they fixed it for my org. They said a change in GCC had affected CDNs &amp; reported it was now resolved. I have changed to a different GCC org, however, and at the new one the issue is present, so apparently the fix was not applied to all of GCC, or the issue has returned.
