I'm the form owner. I'm only replacing the link manually beacause it was suggested by some users as a workaround to try and rtrieve a form that cannot be found.
The form is not available and therefore I cannot collect the responses.

Your last attempt shows that the link is correct, but your access was denied because you logged in with your organization account, while the form was created by a Microsoft account. To access the form, you need to log in with your Microsoft account, something like XXXX@hotmail.com.

That's is odd, I'm pretty sure I used my business account. I don't believe I have any other accounts.
Is there a way to confirm what account the form was created with?
