How do I capture yearly leave details using MS online form?
I am looking for options to capture leave details for special leaves where the answers should be in the below format:
Start Date, End Date, Duration
We should also have the option to enter multiple events of leaves. E.g. below:

To Date |
Half Day(0.5)/Full Day(1) |

01/09/2018 |

- DeletedAssuming your wanting the person inputting to be able to see their entries etc.? If so, a SharePoint list is your better option than forms. And if you need anything more advanced you can customize those list forms with PowerApps.
