How can they score more than 100%?

Hello,

I am a teacher and I recently used Forms for a vocab assessment but I came across a few problems. When I looked at the pupil's responses under

Review answers> People> Respondent 1

the score displayed next to time to complete was 167%. According to the Excel sheet of responses, the pupil only completed the test once. How is it possible to score more than 100%? Did I create the test incorrectly?

Also, a couple of students stated that if they requested the question be read to them or displayed in larger font the correct answer to the question was also revealed. Has anyone else had these issues?

Thanks in advance!!

    Hi Trying2teach

    Hope you are well.

Have you had a look at that students individual responses to see where the wayward points are coming from? I would suggest this is a good place to review and then to test the form yourself to see if you can replicate the issue for those questions.

As to point two, not quite sure what you mean by questions being read or displayed in larger font. Are you able to please describe what methods are being used for this? I have not encountered the issue and would like to see if I can replicate it.

    Cheers
