How can I rename a survey without changing the first visible title?

I would like to rename my surveys as I have severyl with the exact same content (title, description and questions are the same) but with other purpose - some are for clients and some are for customers for example. How can I rename the forms without changing the visible text/title?

    jessicaschuler you can't, the only way to rename a form is to change the form title.

      Hello Rob, I am unable to find the 'print your response' option after filling a form. Earlier it used to be available. Now I see only Save your Response button.

      Thank you for the answer Rob_Elliott, even if it would be a useful feature. Then I will go on and organise my forms with collections.
