Hide Submit another response greyed out

Hi, 

 

I've been creating quizzes and notice some of them have the "Hide Submit another response" greyed out and is ticked already. And some are not greyed out (all fine). All else seems to be the same - its like some sort of glitch. FYI Its a personal Microsoft account. Was hoping someone could help

      One possible reason for this issue could be that your personal form was copied from an organization form that has the "Hide Submit another response" setting grayed out. I was able to reproduce this issue using my accounts.

        They were created using personal account using the import function - word document. Wondering if an issue there. Looks like no straightforward answer so will have to redo
