Hi, need support for duplicating a MS Forms Pro template

Hi,

I am using MS Form Pro and for some reason I cant find a way to copy/transfer/duplicate the form I created. Please let me know how is it possible to do this, because on regular forms it worked fine. I'm adding a picture, its in Hebrew but it looks the same as it would in English.

BTW,
why there is no option to just add Text without questions? its killing me...
