help with sending automatically in forms and saving

I would like some help. I have made a Microsoft Forms. In this form I got 15 questions. One of the first questions is to give a name. My first question is that I would like to know how I can this Entire Form automatically to this person whose name is written in this question of the form. In other words: I would like to know how to make the person whose name is provided in the first question the recipient of the filled-out form. My second question is how I can save this Micrososft Forms responses in PDF or Word after all the questions are answered. Do I need the assistence of Power Automate for this? If so how do I incorperate them in this. Can someone please help me with this?

Caspervp your form question should ask the user to enter the email address of the person you want the email to go to, not their name. You will need to use Power Automate and in the send an email action, for the To field you'd select the question where the email address is from the dynamic content box.

You will also need Power Automate to save the output to HTML initially then convert it to a PDF. There is a video showing how to do this here.
