Help with forms

Hiya I need some advice using Microsoft forms. I am a facilitator of a parenting/behaviour course. We have adapted to do this virtually. we always have to evaluate how it has gone using specific questions. We ask them to complete a questionnaire at the beginning of the course and again at the end, we have to measure the individual's improvement to evident to the local authority. We Originally used google forms, have one separate form for before course and another for after. We could request the participant leave their email address so we can see who recorded what and measure their improvement. My employer has recently migrated over to microsoft so now google is not an option. Now on Microsoft forms it seems we cannot see individual's responses unless they are from our organisation (which thy aren't). Can you help me in solving this in an easy way. Am I going to have to have separate forms for each individual so we can measure? - this seems like it is going to be a lot of work!

  • Hi Sarah - you could make a required text question asking them to type their email, if I'm understanding you correctly!
