Having issues with Forms Pro login paid subscription

Hi,

My organisation is using Dynamics 365 and I subscribed to form pro using the Microsoft Admin portal. When I go to https://formspro.microsoft.com and click on Sign in, I get redirected to forms.microsoft.com. If i click on Get Started, I get signed up for the forms pro trial.

I logged a ticket with Microsoft and the case owner shared its a billing issue which does not make sense.

Did anyone else come across issues signing up for form pro?
