Group questions

Like this tool very much. Would be cool if you have possibility to group your questions. Let's say if you wanna ask about a journey, you can group some questions about the flight, another group of questions could be about the hotel,... Then add kind of horizontal line/separator between the groups and add the possibility for group titles.
