Getting Something went wrong after click the Open in excel option

Hi    Good Day!     I have a user that is accessing a specific survey that when he go to response and click the open in Excel option he will be getting the error " Sorry, something went wrong" ...

It's been a few days. Is it still happening?

 

Sometimes forms goes down which can lead to errors, but it tends to get fixed very quickly.

    Yes it is still happening with this specific survey - 

    after clicking the open in excel option still gonna get the error 

     

    Any thoughts or input for this concern?

      Hi Adrienn

       

      Weird one. I would do two things:

       

      1. Check to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue or whether it's just the one user. If it's others too I'd check to see the results file is on SharePoint/OneDrive and is working.

       

      2. Given the issues, I would log a support ticket with Microsoft. 

       

      Ultimately the only people who can fix this will be Microsoft but I always find it good to suss out the issue so I can describe the problem when speaking with them.
