Getting Email Notifications to an alternate email address
I wish to build a MS Form for another team (not my team), they utilise a Teams Channel and monitor a separate email inbox, an Outlook inbox - which I can see but don't manage.
I would like for that team to receive email notifications when a certain web form is completed by members of the public - not myself.
I know how to set the forms up, and how to share it to a Teams Channel, but how can I alter the email pathway so that team receives the notifications and not me?
I was told previously that all I had to do would be to log out of MS Forms and log in with that specific email address - I have tried to do this but MS Forms just sends me through to my profile?
Is there a way to set this up?

Artemis3133 it's not possible within Forms itself, you will need to do this with a flow in Power Automate.

The Power Automate element works really well.... but what is the guidance around data protection? These MS Forms will be completed by members of the public, some of the data may be confidential, is this data now going to be accessible by a third party outside our agreement with Microsoft - or is this a MS managed app?
