Get Forms details

Is there any way to get details of a Microsoft Forms? For instance, the name of the user who had created it, if it was shared, if so, who else has access?

Thanks for the suggestions. However, I was not able to retrieve the details I was looking for when using the Audit tool. Searching by the Forms name as a "keyword search" field or "File, folder, or site" field, did not return any results, unless I'm missing some additional information when creating a new search. Hopefully one day Microsoft will allow Global admins more control or a way to manage/audit Microsoft Forms.

  • Take this as admin:

    • Admin Center: Microsoft 365 admins can log into the Microsoft 365 admin center and review form ownership and sharing details2. You'd typically go to Settings -> Org settings -> Microsoft Forms to check these.
    • Auditing: Microsoft Forms activities can be monitored through the Microsoft 365 security center audit log, which lets admins review various activities performed on forms.
    • Permissions: Administrators can change access permissions for forms and limit who can see or modify them. Details on sharing settings and capturing names of form users can be managed there as well.
