GCCH Microsoft Forms Delegate or Admin URL to recover a Form from former employee

Hello, 

Thanks for reviewing my question.

Does anyone have the URL for recovering an MS Form from a previous employee in GCCH?

The commercial URL is:

https://forms.office.com/Pages/delegatepage.aspx?originalowner=User'sEmail

Changing the domain portion of the URL with the GCCH domain did not work.
