Frustrating Forms
Currently trying to get a forms survey going in Teams but ready to give flying lessons to the laptop!!! Access to forms is problematic but having created a form and then trying to add an existing form is trying my patience. All I get is a 'fail to get the form list, please retry' but it flashes up the forms for a millisecond or two then shows the fail message. Anyone any idea how to get around this? Thanks for any help in advance.

Try this
1.) Login to https://forms.office.com
2.) Find the survey and open it
3.) Click the share button and get the URL. May be in the settings of the form
4.) Go back into teams
5.) Instead of adding a forms tab, add a web tab (as in a website tab)
6.) Paste the URL you got earlier and add

Thanks for that will give it a go, although has been difficult to get into forms, currently just showing loading with that rotating arc that must be a visual indicator of your growing frustration levels.
- It could be that the service is under a bit of pressure: there has been a massive upsurge in use due to Covid-19. The fact that forms is doing that in forms.office.com means that the issue is in forms as opposed to teams.
I would personally check every few hours to see (up to 24 hours) and if it's still like it raise to support. But if you do get in this should solve it for you
