Forms usage reports
Hi,
Is there any way of getting a usage report for Microsoft Forms? I need to know who created a form and if it was shared with others (both internally and externally).

Not currently, there is uservoices open for it on both Office 365 uservoice

Not with Forms Pro either. I would recommend voting for these
Forms is a relatively new application and has some way still to go to be considered a mature application. This includes seeing it in the Service Health!
