Forms showing partial results in Excel and missing the rest

I am able to view survey results one at a time and can see participants completed the whole survey, but when I download the data in Excel through Forms I only see the research ID's they enter and none of their responses. Why can I see the data in the individual results section but not when I download the aggregate results? Most importantly, where is the data/their responses?
