Forms result send to a email adress

Hi, I have created a survey in forms, now I want to sent the result to an email address, out from o365.

For e.g. I want to send the result to our ticketing system to create a new ticket for our service desk.

Is that possible with flow and do you have a idea how?

Nicknew yes that's very straightforward. An example of this at its simplest is below but you can lots of other actions into it. It users the email address of an internal user but you could equally send the email to someone outside the organisation:

      Hi Rob,

Thank you for your reply and the instructions.

I'm hanging at the point "create item".  Do I have to create a sharepoint list before?

      • In your example, under "Site Address" you are using
        "PowerApps Solution - https://capita.sharepoint.com/sites/PowerApps-solutions%22.

      Thank you for your help!

Nicknew yes, the flow can't create the list, you need to do that before creating the flow.
