Forms response not showing up when I know someone has responded

I'm having an issue with Microsoft Forms: I've created a survey and cannot see any responses yet in the "Responses" tab. However, I know for a fact that at least one person has completed the survey - so their response is missing or not showing up. Anyone have the same issue and how can I fix this? Is their response (or multiple responses) lost now?
