Forms Pro: You do not have permissions to create or view Surveys on this environment

After reading the troubleshooting steps, I was able to fix this:
- Microsoft Forms Pro solution is installed.
- An application user with the name Microsoft Forms Pro is created.
I installed the Microsoft Forms Pro application from
https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/dynamics-365/mscrm.shimla
And then I verified in Dynamics 365 that a application user was created. After that, the message was gone.
I am posting this in case anybody else gets the same error.
