Forms pro, Power Automate, and D365 Sales, populating the regarding field for Forms Pro entity.

- Inkey_Solutions - when you add the step to your flow in Power Automate to either send the survey or create the invitation, you should see an option there to set the regarding on the survey invitation. When the related response comes back in, it uses whatever you set here as the regarding. Take a look at this:
