Forms Pro back to Forms

 

I opted in to Forms Pro, but turned it back off because users who didn't have Pro couldn't see the Forms or edit them and I couldn't see the value added of the Pro version anyway. Now I can't access the Forms I created when I had Pro. Is anyone else experiencing this?

      Hi all

      Try reassigning the Forms Pro Free Licence and log back in directly at https://formspro.microsoft.com. You should be able to get them there.

      They should be there.

      You'll need to transplant the Surveys to new forms and export the response excels to do with those Surveys. Unfortunately,there is no ability to convert Survey's to Forms automatically at the moment and this doesn't occur when moving back to Forms.
