Forms not Recognising upgrade to Microsoft 365

Hi There,

My microsoft form responses limit has fallen from 1000 responses allowed to 200. I was advised to upgrade to Microsoft365 Personal in order to get back to allowing 1000 responses. I have done this and forms is still not letting my responses go above 200. I have spoken to tech support and been directed here. 

Please urgently help.
