Forms mobile browser - forcing use of Edge over Safari

I'm sorry, but with IE being finally retired did you guys get all misty eyed and decided to force your browser on people once again?!

I've created a form requiring people to log in, but not capturing names to stop duplicate entries and control access. I jump through the hoops of authentication, which is fair enough, to then be presented with a screen saying the following

Can I ask what is so special about Edge and loading Forms that requires it and no other browsers?

Or since I then need to go and install Edge to even open the form... is this just to get the install numbers up?!?!?!

I am apoplectic with rage here at this. HOW DARE YOU return to such shoddy practices.
