Forms link not working

We just recently sent out a Forms link to all organization leaders however they are all getting the error message. When I open the forms link I can see it, however it seems like I am the only one. Settings are set to anyone with the link can access. What is going on? Please help! 

They can submit their info through the Forms webpart which is embedded onto our sharepoint site however they can't access the link directly.
