Forms doesn't work out of the box

Hi, 

When we try to open Forms an errormessage is shown like below. I have tested this with serveral users and they all experience the same. 

Translated to English: 

Something went wrong. 

Contact the administrator of the form owner to indicate that there is a problem with product configuration of the form.
