Forms disappeared into thin air

Hi there,

 

Today I had to log in (instead of automatically log in) and all of a sudden I cannot find my forms anymore. Have searched for answers in other discussion but nothing adds up.

 

I tried to find out if I accidentally used the wrong ID but I do not think so. Microsoft Support could not help me either.

 

We only use forms and nothing else. There is no teams, no groups.. Who can help me?

    Hi!

    A few suggestions. Log into forms.office.com directly

    1.) Check the form recycle bin. Think this should be in the bottom right of the screen
    2.) Check group forms as it may have been changed from a personal to group form
    3.) In the top right check it is the correct environment. You can have access to multiple environments
