Forms arent able to get responses

Hi, the forms that I have is no longer able to get responses and it's not even close to 5000 responses. What's going on?

    One possible reason for the limited quota on response count is that you may have logged in with your consumer account (MSA account) instead of your organizational account, which has a higher quota for responses.
