Forms- Add branching doesn't work as it shows more than 1 mapped sub-options which is not possible.

I am using "Add Branching" option in forms with multiple level branching. As per the logic, I am allowed to map "one to one" mapping for the next question but when I am selecting an option it is showing multiple mappings as next question (I have not even mapped those entries)
