Form requests to enter credentials to office 365 users

Forms have been created for customers to respond without being registered, since not all of our clients have an office account, however, users who do have an office account, when they access the form through the shared URL, They ask you to enter your credentials and cannot access.

Please, your help, we need that customers to answer the survey.
