Form flagged when adding new text input questions

christychen take a copy of the form then add the new questions to that new form and see if that solves it.

Hi Rob,
Thank you for your reply. If we make a copy, it will have a different QR code, right? The thing is, we have our QR code for the original form sent out, it would be a bit difficult to swap. Is there any other ways we can try?
