Form does not trigger Flow from Link

I have a Flow that is set to trigger when a specific Form gets a new response. When I submit a response to the form from "Preview," the Flow runs as intended, but when I go to the Form from the supplied URL, the response is never recorded and the Flow isn't triggered.

 

The link I'm using is from the Share button, under "Send and collect responses."

 

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    Hi jinxmitchell 

     

    The Share URL in the form should trigger the flow.

     

    I'd suggest double checking carefully that the URL in the Share box matches the one you have chosen in Flow.

     

    From what you have described, you have set it up correctly.

      Thanks for the reply. It turns out the flow was defaulting to a copy of the original form (which was created after the flow). Once I deleted it everything went back to working properly.
