Flow to capture form with wrong details keyed

qyaj9891 the only way  to do this - but it is a very good way - is to build a flow in Power Automate. I would have all the Project IDs in a list in SharePoint, perhaps in the Title column. The flow would look up the Project ID given by the responder and if it exists then the flow would carry on with whatever actions you want. But if it didn't exist the flow would send the responder an email asking them to re-submit the form with a correct ID.
