Firms login and submission issue error code 1003

Can’t log into my Forms not my students able to submit votes on an online survey. Have a deadline for today can’t seems to help my students or find out what is wrong. Does anyone knows of any issues on Forms at the moment? Or know how resolve the login issue? Submission problem that I am facing?
