Filling out Forms and signature in SharePoint

JNguyen182 there is no functionality in Forms for users to sign a form. But you could have a question where they type their name in as though it was their signature.
To have a form routed to HR you would need to build a flow in Power Automate. The same flow could save the response to a list in SharePoint whether they answered yes or no to whatever the question was.
