Export Answers / NPS question

Hello,

i used the new NPS question!

But the export to excel stopped with:

german  "Fehler beim Herunterladen der Excel-Datei. Versuchen Sie es bitte später noch mal."

engl "Error downloading the Excel file. Please try again later"

A copy of this form without the NPS question works fine...

any suggestions ?

    We have already fixed the bug last week.

    Thank you, the problem is solved :-) I dont know why..but today it is fine

    Hi Heiko Klein

     

    Not sure why you are having an issue as I do not experience the same thing using NPS and can download the Excel document just fine.

     

    If problems persist and it is a big issue for you, you can log a ticket with Microsoft support to get their assistance on this.
