Error when submitting a vote from Microsoft Forms polls

When trying to respond to a Microsoft Forms poll, in either Outlook 365 desktop or online (Chrome), it tries to submit but then an error comes up asking me to "Try again later". Any help is appreciated.

This is the diagnostic output from the voting submission action. Has been happening for two days now, and works online directly on the Microsoft Forms site:
