Error in counting in the statistics

Hi Maybe anyone has an idea.

I opened my forms document today and saw an error. The statistics Show a high rate of the answer: "others".

It Counts normal answers (for the Likert - more than one) to the answeroption "OTHERS". But it should Count them to the specific answer possibilities …  I hope you have any idea how to fix it and understand my english.
