    Hi SorenWinding,

Error code 631 is a general error code in Microsoft Forms that can be caused by a variety of factors, including:

    • A service outage
    • A problem with your internet connection
    • A conflict with another browser extension or plugin
    • A problem with the Form itself

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve error code 631:

    1. Check the Microsoft Service Health Dashboard to see if there is a known issue with Microsoft Forms. If there is, you will need to wait for Microsoft to resolve the issue before you can use Forms again.
    2. Try restarting your computer and modem/router. This can sometimes fix minor issues with your internet connection.
    3. Try opening Forms in a different browser. If you are using a browser extension or plugin that is causing a conflict with Forms, this may resolve the issue.
    4. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This can sometimes fix problems with websites that are not loading properly.
    5. If you are still having problems, try creating a new Form and see if you can submit it without getting the error code. If you are able to submit the new Form without any problems, then the original Form may be corrupted.

If you have tried all of the above steps and you are still getting error code 631, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
