Enforcing one response per person including outsiders

Question

&nbsp;I have created a questionnaire form for our organization whereas everyone needs to answer and submit once per year and I would like to include a handful of outside individuals, however when I click on the option for that, I cannot choose one response per person.&nbsp; Is there a way to enforce this?&nbsp; Thanks

Bradley Allison&nbsp;- If you are using the option for anyone with the link can respond, you can only control how many times someone responds if you are using Forms Pro rather than Forms. Even then, you need to send out personalised links (via Forms Pro or using Power Automate) to people to be able to count and see which person is responding.&nbsp;&nbsp;
