enabling comment in Forms
Quiz allows you to review and respond with a comment. However when using a Form it does not have that functionally when reviewing results. Does anyone have a recommendation that would allow collaborators to add comments to the responses to each question once the form is submitted.

Ali_Wong the way I would do this is to capture the form response details with a flow in Power Automate which would then save the details to a list in SharePoint. Comments can then be added to the SharePoint list item and you could have a JSON-formatted button in the list to trigger another flow to send those comments back to the original submitter. It sounds harder than it is.
