Enable Form question conversion
When a user selects a question feature and compiles the text and format then discovers another question feature would be better, they are unable to select the new format and have their formatting converted (where applicable)
As an example, converting Rating to Likert or Likert to Rating.
Any superfluous formatting would be lost but the basic numeration saved.
