Embedding a Forms Pro in Microsoft Teams

I created a survey in Microsoft Forms Pro and want to open it in Microsoft Teams. 

The problem is that i can only choose from surveys i created back in the days when i only had a "normal" Forms account. All the surveys created after upgrading to Forms Pro doesnt show up, but its the same email, the same account, ...

Any idea?
