Regrettably no, I mean I wish to open the file such that I may edit my questions. I have collected no responses. Currently I can only open the file as an excel sheet.

MicrosoftTo access the form, please navigate to https://forms.office.com/ and log in to your account. Once you're logged in, you should be able to find the form in your recent list.
