Download Excel

Hi everyone!

I´m trying to download the excel file from a big poll (6120 answers) that I have recently finished. 

I have already tried to do it on a Mac and a PC, on Chrome, Safari and Edge

 

 

 

Any Idea?

    jpdelrio what happens when you click the Abrir en Excel link? It should open the query file which you can then save but it might take a few minutes to open it with that number of responses.

      Thank you Rob,
      When I click on Abrir Excel it starts running but the ir appears a message that says: ‘se ha producido un error al descargar el archivo Excel’

      I’ve tried several times and it’s always the same message.
