Does Microsoft offer something like Google Sites?

I have built digital escape rooms for my classes using google sites, but all google sites have been blocked by my districts IT department. I am now using Microsoft PowerPoint to build them out, and then save them as a pptsx so students can't just swipe / scroll through them.  The biggest issue is that they must be shared as a file, and not just a link.  In addition, ppt does not have the ability to share specific rooms as a link in this format, it will open in standard PowerPoint allow students to swipe / scroll.  I would like to see if Microsoft offers any "sites" like option in its windows platform.

Thank you

bhanlon this can be done with Microsoft Power Apps and you'll find a few videos on YouTube about how to do it.
